The Profi Press 160 Ton M/H-M/C-2 is a motorised hydraulic workshop press that delivers 1570 kN (160 tonnes) of pressing force for professional metalworking applications. Built in the EU with CE certification and backed by a 2 year warranty.
This press gives you 1570 kN of controlled pressing power for demanding workshop tasks. You can press bearings, straighten heavy components, form metal, and tackle the tough jobs that smaller presses can't handle.
You get two ways to operate it. Use the joystick control for fast, efficient work on production tasks. Switch to the manual hand pump when you need precise, careful control. The two speed hydraulic system means you can approach your work quickly at 7.48 mm/sec, then slow down to 2.40 mm/sec for accurate pressing.
The cylinder moves left and right across the full 1100mm working width. This means you can position your workpiece exactly where you need it. The worktable adjusts in height too, in 150mm increments, so you can accommodate different sized components.
This is EU manufactured equipment built for professional use. The press includes integrated pressure monitoring and regulation, a dual acting cylinder, and comes CE certified.

What power supply do I need?
The press requires 400V, 3-phase power supply at 50Hz or 60Hz. This is standard industrial power in UK and European workshops. Single-phase motor options are available for custom orders.
Is 160 tonnes enough capacity for my work?
This capacity handles most heavy-duty workshop applications. It's suitable for pressing large bearings, straightening substantial components, and forming thick metal. If you're working with automotive bearings, structural components, or general engineering work, this press provides good capacity. Lighter work might suit smaller models. Heavier industrial applications might need larger capacity presses.
What maintenance does it need?
