Shipping

Shipping is FREE on all orders to customers within the UK mainland.

For non-UK mainland orders (offshore islands, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland) additional shipping fees may apply. Please contact us for more information.

We don’t believe in hidden charges or fine print — our goal is to keep shipping simple and straightforward.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we’ve received your order in our system and pre-authorised your card for the purchase.

Once we receive your order, we automatically check that the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via email to discuss alternatives.

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charge and begin preparing your order for dispatch.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and your payment has been processed, it will ship within three business days of the order date.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, using the email address provided at checkout.

If you do not receive shipping confirmation within four business days, please contact us at sales@toolreserve.co.uk

International Orders

Most of our products are certified to UK electrical safety standards, but may not be certified for other countries.

We are happy to ship internationally; however, due to the wide variety of product sizes and weights, we will provide a tailored shipping quote upon request.

If you accept the quote, we will process your order and payment through our secure online gateway.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If you notice any damage, you must either:

  • Make a note of it when signing for delivery, or

  • Refuse delivery if the damage is significant.

If you accept delivery, you are required to immediately take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s).
