The JS Tools English Wheel eliminates the traditional sandbag pre work stage. Its very stable C-frame construction makes it fast to work up the plate without any preparation in the sandbag. You shape the plate directly, which saves you time and produces quality work.
This wheeling machine is constructed from high quality steel and handles material up to 3mm (12 gauge) steel thickness. The machine comes with four lower wheels made of hardened tool steel. All rolls are polished for smooth operation. Transport wheels are built in, so you can move this 110kg machine around your workshop as needed.
The machine includes rubber bands that help the plate mold in one direction. Small shims let you tilt the bottom wheel to suit the specific job you're working on. This adjustability gives you control over your metal shaping work.
