The Baileigh RDB-125 is your entry into professional hydraulic tube bending without breaking the bank. This powerful yet affordable machine transforms time consuming manual bending into effortless, repeatable work that saves your back and boosts your productivity.
Are you tired of wrestling with a manual bender? The RDB-125 is designed specifically for fabricators who want to step up from manual bending to hydraulic power. This is Baileigh's first hydraulic model in their rotary draw bender lineup, bridging the gap between basic manual machines and high end automated systems.
Built with the same rugged steel construction and precision engineering that Baileigh is known for, the RDB-125 uses low pressure industrial grade hydraulics to make bending smooth, quiet, and safe. You'll work faster and with less fatigue, while maintaining the precision that professional results demand. The machine handles impressive capacity for its price point: up to 64mm round tube, 50mm square tube, and 60mm Schedule 40 pipe in mild steel.
What makes the RDB-125 particularly smart is its compatibility with Baileigh's extensive drop-on tooling system. With over 5,000 die configurations available, you can tackle virtually any project that comes through your shop. Whether you're fabricating custom handrails, building race car chassis, modifying trailers, or creating one off custom pieces, this machine adapts to your needs. The tooling swaps out quickly, so you're not wasting valuable time on changeovers.

The RDB-125 requires die sets that are sold separately. Each die set is specific to your tube size and the centerline radius you need. Most fabricators start with one or two die sets for their most common tube sizes and add more as projects require. Baileigh offers over 5,000 different die configurations for round tube, square tube, and pipe applications.
Yes. The RDB-125 can bend stainless steel and chromoly tubing, though the maximum capacity is slightly reduced compared to mild steel. For example, you can bend up to 60mm diameter stainless round tube with a 3mm wall thickness, and 50mm chromoly round tube with a 3mm wall.
When you're making a bend, the anti-springback mechanism locks the material in position when you release the foot pedal. This means you can retract the hydraulic cylinder between strokes without losing your place in the bend. It's particularly useful for complex multi-bend projects where precision matters.
Basic maintenance is simple. Grease the four grease zerks at the main spindle pivots monthly with just two pumps from a standard grease gun. Check hydraulic fluid levels regularly and change the fluid and filter when the filter gauge indicates. Check periodically for hydraulic leaks. The replaceable bronze bushings ensure long service life.
The RDB-125 sits on a floor stand and weighs 160 kg, so while it's not easily moved by one person, it doesn't require permanent installation. Many shops position it where needed and leave it in place. The single-phase power requirement means you don't need special electrical installation in most facilities.
